All sales of paperbacks, hardbacks, and journals are final.

If you receive a damaged or potentially defective item, please email me directly at love[at]samanthalovelock[dot]com and include the following: photos of the item showing the issue, the packaging condition when it arrived, and any other relevant information. Once your email with the above information is received, we will work with you on potential next steps. Every book is checked for defects before shipping to ensure it is in pristine condition. However, some very minor damage is to be expected during shipping. If your order is damaged by customs, please contact your local customs authority for reimbursment.

For special editions, the estimated shipping lead time is usually 12-14 weeks, depending on the printer, customs, and shipping to me. Orders that include a combination of in-stock and special edition items will ship when all items are in stock. Items that are in stock will ship in 5-10 business days.

Shipping to the US includes DDP (Direct Duties Paid) which means all duties are covered and included in your shipping cost. However, countries outside of Canada may charge taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
